I'm so glad you're here.
I know how discouraging it can be when you don't feel like yourself and aren't sure why. My own health journey included autoimmune and digestive challenges that left me searching for answers, and that experience changed the direction of my life.
Today, I have the privilege of serving as a Whole Person Health Coach. As a Certified Health Coach through AFPA with a degree in Nutritional Health Science from the University of Missouri, I'm passionate about helping people improve their health through a whole-person approach.

My own health journey changed the way I think about health.
Our bodies, minds, and spirits are connected. When one area is struggling, it often affects the others.
Together, we'll explore the areas of your life that may be affecting your health, including your nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, relationships, inflammation, and daily habits.
Rather than overwhelming you with information or expecting you to change everything overnight, my goal is to help you make sense of what you're experiencing and encourage you as you take simple steps toward better health.
