Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me.
If you've found your way to this page, there is a good chance you're looking for answers.
Maybe you’ve been struggling with your health for a while. Maybe you’ve tried different approaches but haven’t seen the results you hoped for. Or maybe you want to improve your health, reach a personal goal, or develop healthier habits but aren’t sure where to begin.
If that's you, I want you to know you're not alone.
A little over 10 years ago, my family walked through a very difficult health season.
My husband developed epilepsy, I began struggling with autoimmune conditions and digestive issues, and two of our children were born with eczema. It was a time filled with uncertainty, unanswered questions, and a lot of discouragement. At times, we almost lost hope.
After years of doctor appointments without clear answers, I began doing my own research and eventually found a holistic doctor who helped us begin identifying possible root causes.
As we made changes in our diet and daily lifestyle, our family began to see major improvements in our health.
So I began learning everything I could about health. Over time, I discovered that nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, relationships, and faith all play an important role in how we feel and function.
I started to understand that health is not just about what we eat or how much we exercise—it is all connected. The body, mind, and spirit each play an important role in how we feel and function every day.
Looking back, I wouldn't have chosen that season, but I'm thankful for what God taught me through it. It gave me compassion for people who are struggling, a desire to keep learning, and a passion to help others find hope when their own health journey feels confusing or overwhelming.
This journey eventually led me to the University of Missouri, where I graduated with a degree in Health Science with a focus on nutrition and wellness and became an AFPA Certified Health Coach.
Today, I have the privilege of serving as a Health Coach & Educator.
I love walking alongside people who are looking for answers, wanting to improve their health, or working toward a personal health goal and aren’t sure where to begin.
My goal is simple: to listen well, help you better understand your health, and encourage you as you take realistic steps toward improving your health and reaching your goals.
I believe every person's story is different. That's why I take time to get to know you, understand what you've been experiencing, and help you find practical changes that fit your life.
Whether you’ve been struggling with your health for years or simply want to improve your overall health, I would be honored to support and encourage you.
One of the greatest lessons my family's health journey taught me is that there is always hope.
I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed, discouraged, and unsure where to turn. I also know the encouragement that comes from having someone who listens and walks with you through the journey.
